At Memories by Dessol, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our QR Album service. Below is our policy on cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before we generate your QR code and URL by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the QR code is created and delivered, cancellation is not possible as the digital service is considered fulfilled.
- Hosting periods (e.g., 12 months) begin upon QR code delivery and cannot be paused or canceled mid-term.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if:
- We fail to deliver your QR code and URL within 48 hours of payment and file upload (excluding delays due to incomplete submissions).
- A technical error on our end prevents access to your digital album for more than 24 hours.
No refunds are issued for:
- Change of mind after QR code delivery.
- Errors in uploaded content (e.g., wrong files).
- Issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).
Refund Process
- To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order details (Transaction ID is mandatory).
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
