Memories by Dessol offers a fully digital QR Album service — no physical products are shipped. This policy outlines how we deliver our service to you.
Digital Delivery
- Process: After you upload your album designs and complete payment, we generate a unique QR code and URL linking to your digital album.
- Timeline: QR codes and URLs are delivered via email within 48 hours of receiving your files and payment, provided all submissions are complete and meet our guidelines (e.g., supported file types: JPG, PNG, PDF).
- Access: You receive the QR code and URL digitally—no physical items are mailed. You may print the QR code for use on your albums.
Delays
Delays may occur if:
- Uploaded files are corrupted, oversized, or unsupported.
- Payment verification is pending.
We’ll notify you via email / WhatsApp if issues arise and work to resolve them promptly.
Hosting Periods
- Albums are hosted online for the duration of 12 months.
- After this period, albums are deleted unless you renew hosting (additional fees may apply).
