Service Description
Memories by Dessol provides a digital service to photographers and event planners, generating QR codes and URLs linking to uploaded album designs for easy sharing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to submit content (e.g., own the rights to uploaded photos) to use our service.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Upload content you have legal rights to use.
- Not misuse our service (e.g., uploading harmful or illegal files).
Payment
- Fees are charged per event/album as outlined on our Pricing page (e.g., Standard: Rs.99, Professional: Rs.399, Studio: Rs.2999).
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All sales are final unless covered by our Cancellation and Refund policy.
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of uploaded content. By submitting files, you grant Memories by Dessol a limited license to host and display them via QR codes/URLs.
- Our website content (e.g., design, text) is owned by Memories by Dessol and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
- We strive to provide reliable service but are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or damages beyond our control (e.g., hosting outages).
